We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for Credence Resume Fit™ products and subscriptions.
One-Time Purchases
Single-document and bundle purchases (resume craft, resume + cover letter bundle, ATS Injection Boost™) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the crafted documents have not been downloaded or copied. Because our service delivers AI-generated content instantly, refunds requested after documents have been exported are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions
Premium membership subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@credenceresumefit.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Documents that have been downloaded or copied after crafting.
- Subscription periods that have already been used or partially used.
- ATS analysis credits that have been consumed.
Service Issues
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using a purchased product, contact us and we will either re-deliver the service or issue a refund at our discretion.
